Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have past since your receipt of the W8 GYM, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item and we suggest using a trackable insured service. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
However, we want you to be happy with your purchase so, if there is anything we can do to help please contact customer service by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your item must be unused and in the same saleable condition that you received it and it must also be in its original outer brown W8 GYM packaging carton.
Before completing any return please contact customer services at email@example.com.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts, will not be refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment (Including PAYPAL and KLARNA).
If for any reason you do not receive your refund within 3-4 business days after notification then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ask@W8GYM.com for procedure.
