About this workout
What you’ll need: W8 GYM, 2x2M space, Water, Sweat towel, Non-slip mat, Positive mindset 🙂
(Note we will be using the unit to perform overhead exercises. You may need to remove some dumbbells to make the unit a suitable weight for your ability)
Exercises: Frontal raise, Lateral raise, Shoulder press, Chest press, Chest flies, Press ups, Bicep curls, Bent over row, Reverse fly, Rear delt row, Goblet squat pulse, Reverse lunge pulse, Glute bridges
