‘Live’ Workout 3 – Booty Burner

About this workout

What you’ll need: W8 GYM, 2x2M space, Water, Sweat towel, Non-slip mat, Booty Bands (optional) Positive mindset 🙂 (Note we will be using the unit to perform squats and lunges. You may need to remove some dumbbells to make the unit a suitable weight for your ability)
Exercises: Squats, Squat side step, Squat jumps, Reverse lunges, Lateral lunges, Knee drives, Glute kickbacks, Romanian deadlifts, Kettlebell swings, Lying hip abduction, Box jumps, Skaters
