The genius of the W8 GYM is you can change the W8 (weight) of the unit to suit your ability by removing the cleverly packed 10kgs of dumbbells. The W8 GYM unit empty weighs 3.5kgs and fully packed weighs 14.5kgs with 19 weight change variations.<\/p>\n<p>Change the EXERCISE <strong>NOT<\/strong> the equipment. You can adjust the resistance to suit your ability by attaching 1, 2 or even all 3 sets of resistance bands to the eyelets on the unit so you can go from 5kgs up to 30kgs on each side!
