‘Live’ Workout 4 – Upper Body Sculpt
About this workout
What you’ll need: W8 GYM, 2x2M space, Water, Sweat towel, Non-slip mat, Resistance Bands Positive mindset to smash your workout 🙂 (Note we will be using the unit to perform overhead exercises. You may need to remove some dumbbells to make the unit a suitable weight for your ability)
Exercises: Front lateral raises, Bent over rear delts, Sing-double shoulder press, Chest fly pulses, Incline chest fly, Diagonal press up, Bent over row, Single wide rows, Reverse fly, Tricep kickbacks, Bicep 21s
