‘Live’ Workout 1 – Hi-Intensity & Core

About this workout

What you’ll need: W8 GYM, 2x2M space, Water, Sweat towel, Non-slip mat, Positive mindset 🙂
(Note we will be using the unit to perform overhead exercises. You may need to remove some dumbbells to make the unit a suitable weight for your ability)
Exercises: Step-up knee drives, Box jumps, Toe taps, Press ups, Squat press, Squat dumbbell punch, High knee punches, Plank jacks, Toe touches, Mountain climbers, Plank taps, Heel reaches.
