‘Live’ Workout 5 – Boxing HIIT

About this workout

What you’ll need: W8 GYM, 2x2M space, Water, Sweat towel, Non-slip mat, 1 Set of Resistance Bands, Ankle/Wrist Straps, Positive mindset to smash your workout 🙂 (Note we will be using the dumbbells to punch with, please ensure you select the dumbbells suitable for your ability)
Exercises: Resistance band punches, Squat > high punch, High knee punches, Squat > side kick, Overhead knee drives, Side shuffle > punch, 1,2 jab > hook, Uppercuts, Banded bicycles, Flutter kicks, Crunch punches.
